Senior QA Automation Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans • Mentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress, Jmeter, and Postman • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement in QA processes • Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance WHAT YOU BRING (Baseline) • Expertise in Cypress and TypeScript, Jmeter, Jest, Postman, SQL/DB, and Jira • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools • Proficient in writing and executing complex test cases and test scripts • Expertise in end-to-end, API, and performance/load testing • Familiarity with source/version control such as Git • Familiarity with AWS CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: • You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role WHAT DO WE OFFER? • We enjoy spending time together, working closely with other local colleagues, and getting to know one another.
