Paid Social Specialist

JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterised by a high degree of pro-activeness, openness to learn, and a can-do mentality and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute their passion in the field of Paid Social. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Set-up and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn • Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations for our clients • Designing and running A/B tests to compare different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages for performance optimization  • Regularly monitoring performance metrics and optimising campaigns, ensuring goals & KPIs alignment and client satisfaction • Allocating and managing budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparation of Paid Social forecasts and media plans • Report on activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Are open-minded and eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent English communication skills (Both written and verbal) • Excellent time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail • Always keep an oversight, even when various tasks are at hand • Think proactively and have an inquisitive and numeric mindset • Have at least 1 year of experience with hands-on paid social projects • Have an understanding of Social KPIs, campaign optimisation, and are able to analyse results with the help of Excel/Google Sheets and platform data • Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and Google ads experience is a plus • Experience with tooling such as smartly, hunch, locker studio and adverity is a plus. • Have collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders • Have a passion for (Paid) Social and are always up to date for news and trends WE OFFER • Dynamic, supportive, and creative team environment. • Career growth opportunities in digital marketing and performance advertising. • A reputation for doing good.
